About the Ancient Wisdom Engaged Program

A Deep Journey into the Transformational Practices of the Ngöndro and the Heart of Vajrayana Buddhism

The Ancient Wisdom Engaged program offers practical tools for awakening, grounded in the Three Jewels—Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha. This non-residential program integrates Ngöndro practice, mentorship, and community support.

At its core is Ngöndro, five foundational practices that encapsulate the Vajrayana path and prepare the mind for deeper work. By combining these teachings with leadership and community skills, the program cultivates both inner transformation and meaningful engagement in the world.

Over two years, participants commit to this path through retreats, coaching, cohort calls, and regular practice—supported by a strong, accountable community.
