Join us for our monthly Dharma Talk & Sangha Gathering—free and open to all.
About This Month’s Dharma Talk
The Four Thoughts that Turn the Mind are four contemplations which will generate the longing for freedom that we often call renunciation. The precious human life teaches us to appreciate how precious and rare the opportunity to practice dharma is, while death and impermanence teaches us how fragile this opportunity is and therefore how important it is to practice now and not procrastinate. Join Dorlop Choenyi Sangmo for these precious teachings that will help us generate enthusiasm for the path and a sense of urgency to practice it.
About One Community
Each month, we come together for an evening of learning and discussion to deepen our understanding of the dharma and our connection with sangha. Led by a Namchak teacher, thought leader, or staff member, each gathering revolves around a specific topic and lasts 90 minutes.
The session begins with a dharma talk and is followed by a Q&A with the teacher.
We invite Learning Circles, meditation buddies, and individuals to join us, and encourage you to bring friends, family, neighbors, or co-workers along to share in the experience!
